Over the past couple of months we have seen REO listed properties become more difficult to get under contract. The reason….. BAD "INVESTORS"!!!  It’s not just a trend that we are seeing in our business, but other Realtors and Real Estate Professionals are as well.
 
Today Marcus and I had a great opportunity to speak with our good friend and Realtor Steve Loffler. He is an agent that we met a about a year ago and has actually particpated in some of our training. On this call we discuss the current state of the market and  what our plan is to help fix it!
