Too Many Hands in the cookie jar!

I really got a dose of reality today when I was working on getting approval from the second lien holder on one of my short sales.  The particular property in question has a first and a second with Wells Fargo.  The first position provided short sale approval at a 50% reduction of the original loan balance.  The investor backing the loan however, would only allow 00 to the second lien holder.  The loan amount due the second is 2,000 so…
