One to show students what to look for, what to do and pricing. 3 or more to allow them to evaluate and present what they would do and the costs. If available, a recently finished house that can show current rehab tastes/trends and what is selling in that market. If available, a house that is currently being rehabbed. Houses can be in various price ranges from low income to wealth zones. We show them how to run the numbers to determine if they should keep it as a rental or fix it up to sell it so a variety is best.</p>

According to police reports, several men approached him near Baltimore and Charles Street, surrounded him, taking his cell phone, umbrella and baseball cap. When he yelled at them, one of the suspects stabbed him, and the group ran. The knife pierced Dudley’s heart, leaving him in critical condition.
